Who shouldn’t use it, or should ask a doctor first

If any of these apply to you, talk to a doctor before use.

How to use it safely

What to expect, honestly

Some people notice mild scalp warmth, or a temporary increase in shedding in the first few weeks as hair follicles reset their growth cycle. Results, where they occur, build slowly over months, not days — see our FAQ for a realistic timeline. It works on follicles that are still active; it can’t restore hair in areas that have been smooth for years.

Using it alongside other treatments

Many people use it alongside minoxidil, finasteride or other hair treatments. If you apply a topical product, use this device first, or wait until your scalp is fully dry. If you’re under a doctor’s care for hair loss, mention that you’re adding this.

Certifications

The manufacturer has had the device independently tested to:

These cover electrical, EMC and materials safety. They are not a medical clearance and don’t evaluate whether the device works for any health condition — no regulator has done that for this product, and we don’t claim otherwise.

Guarantee if it’s not right for you

If any of the above means this isn’t the right product for you, or you try it and it isn’t, our 180-day money-back guarantee applies — see Shipping & Returns.
